Apart from ordering words in a dictionary, I've never really understood why the alphabet has to have any ordering at all in it.  Now that everything is digitalised, I wonder if they'll stop teaching the order of the alphabet in schools at some point in the future...

I like how the profile of a torus looks like the standard symbol for infinity.  Like when they came up with it (the infinity symbol), they only saw infinity in two dimensions, but now wee are really starting to understand it for what it is - an endless, beginingless revolving eternity.  Like the circle of life. In a way.

on a side note a standard XY graph will have two points of infinity, one positive and one negative but when you bring complex numbers into the equation it gets crazy
