Not going to happen.
Even if it does, am pretty sure it will not be 100% bug clean.
Since the switch from CFWs 5.xx to 6.xx have changed a lot. Theme wise speaking.
Converting a theme is a really hard task.
For example, Sony Mmod has many animations and a lot of PRX editing. (and some of those PRX editing options aren't registered so IF somebody tries to convert they will have to hunt those offsets down)
Don't want to put your hopes down lol maybe somebody will give this a shot. ;)

ok..
Another question: When I downgrade my PSP back to 5.00M33 or 5.50GEN, will I be able to use Sony Mmod? Or does it need another conversion first?

yes you will need another conversion of the theme
made for 500,550 or any other firmware you may have
or want,if you are on 500 then you need Sony mod ctf for
500 is just the way it is. the problem about some themes
like the first one you post is that it has to many PRX or RCO
files in it,and most of the conversion is done by hand.
