000webhost is sh*t, don't use it, even if it's a shabby school site that you're only going to use once.  I tried it once - just put up a blank forum with absolutely nothing on it and it was suspended.  Like double you tee eff?  Obviously support never responded to anything.

Byethost seems okay for a free host from my experience, and should be fine for s school site.  Haven't tried Gatorhosting.
