Already finished restoring it. It took alot of time. Hahaha.
The welcome screen is still like that, I don't know about the system restore point
~ I haven't tried restoring to another one still (now using normal mode).
But my antivirus is back to normal now :)
I'll try and take a look at it more and tell you the results.

Results from ℋiЬЬyℬot™ - "better than Google"hmm there are a few more reg keys values you could check...
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
Value Name: UIHost Value should be logonui.exe
Value Name: Userinit Value should be C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,

Hmm. I'll give them a try. Right now, I'm restoring back to an earlier point - the one I have on the 25th. This proves that system restore point now works fine. If I don't get my welcome screen back, then it's time for regedit.

Already tried that before. Even if welcome screen is enabled there, it still keeps showing the classic one. Windows' just crazy, right? Just hope this restore point I'm doing will turn it back. I'll pray to make sure. I ain't gonna take any chances. Haha. lol. But if it won't, I guess wee'll just have to add some keys in the registry :) Atleast I have alot of options.

Also have you done any logon screen mods in the past?

No, I haven't. That's something I like to keep original. So instead, I use logon loader. Its a program which lets you change the welcome screen interface. But I can't use it now cause of the classic view. If the restore won't work, I'll try what you say :))

Somebody else had the same type of issue and solved it using Logon loader recovery tool.
So it may be worth a try heres the link.

Hmm. Cool, now wee have some evidence. I tried disabling it, restart, enable, restart ~ but no work. I guess I'll take a look at the link tomorrow - 2am here, my mom will get angry at me, lol. And thanks for the good find :)
