Okay, I looked into this...
You need to recreate the Menu Icons for 6.60 (That's why I gave you guys the psd with the extras menu point) then add every single new image into the .rco files.
I don't know what I did before, but the 5.00/5.02 release's subicon has somewhat of an black outer glow. If you know how to fix that with the psd file I left to you, DO IT!

In 502 has transparent Battery Icon
Al menus except the Extra menu Icon
the one that you did is highlighting the
MUS not the EXT i can't use it unless is
highlighting the EXT word on the menu
icon.

You don't know what a .psd file is do you? Photoshop?
There's more than one layer, look closer.

in recent firmware, visualizer_plugin.rco can't edit.
so it removed from this ctf.

and, 6xx firmware has some new icon.
(ex. "Digital Comics", "SensMe channels", "Qriocity", and more...)

Ooooh :) Im'ma try.
EDIT: I tried the theme already (6.20). There are some things that needed to be fixed.
- The settings are all right, the system settings, theme settings, date settings and etc, are all ok.
- The extras is missing the extras button, but it's nice even it doesn't have the ext button.
- The photos are ok, complete with camera and memory stick, the same with the videos.
- The music though, has this qriocity icon which shouldn't be there. But it's very easy to take it out.
- However, the game, the net and the psn needs some work.

You used the wrong font for the sub icon, but hell yes, you got it working!
Also added the XMB main icons, somehow the reflection of the fonts dissappeared on your version. And it seems that the main icons are on top of the sub icons. Should be sub icons on top of main icon.
