The reason they do is because that forum is used to release completed themes however some new people are probably under the wrong impression that it's a general discussion for PSP themes and whenever they make a new thread which isn't a new theme release it ends up on the portal page.

I can do that, but it's more of a reoccurring thing not some once in a while thing.

I see your point in that no-one (including me since I view posts by the "View New Posts" link) bothers moving them.

I'll try putting a note at the top and see if that reduces the help threads there.

That would make stuff messy.  As in, some themes here and some themes there.

There are always new people who by mistake post the thread in there because they ask about some theme or someone please convert or help me do this.
They simply think its a good place to ask about themes.
Anyway there is not so hard to move it , i always do put them in the PSP Misc Section. But the newbies don't know good the forum and that's why they post
without knowing that its going on the first page or whoever do it on purpose wants to bring attention. Well for me is better to have the themes on the portal!
