you should really take off the bottom panel of the laptop and use the fan, for the true "ghetto cooling" look.

i once had a desktop computer on my drawers completely functional but all the parts were out of the case spread across the surface, connected together.

Heh, I would, but the way this laptop is put together is fudgeing retarded, and you have to pretty much dismantle the entire goddamn thing to get to the fans.
