Later this 11:30am (gmt+8), I saw my best friend which I'm going to attempt to ask her to be my gf (I was not expecting to see her). I immediately approached her and say hi and everything. Then after few minutes I told her that I need to talk to her (not asking to be my gf.. that would be my stupid move). After a few minutes, our adviser dismissed us then I was looking for her inside the school and outside the school.... Then my heart just begun like "............."

First of all if you scared of her it will not work-
then probably she is only want from you friendship, from how much time you know eachother?
If there was something it would already started , tell her and 80% her answer would be i only wanted you as a friend.
How old you are ?
You could simply pass on to more closest friendship , but not be so much touchy ...depend on what she likes , you must know.
And if you receive a NO , bah not worry and don't get mad and be ready for no , don't be ashame and i tell you , sure that other females will be in your life.

And don't ask for somebody else to comfort you , thas GAY.
