[RELEASE] POPSExtractor 1.1
This utility has many advantages. Unlike New Psar Dumper, it allows multiple firmware dumper same time. Then, it retrieves only the necessary files and place the decrypted files directly into the popsloader folder in the sub-folder (the files will be 5.50 and placed in the folder ms0: / seplugins/popsloader/modules/550 ). Thus, the utility saves us much time.
Since the firmware files 4.01 are necessary, even if wee do not count use the POPS, the utility refuses to run a eboot decryption if this firmware is not present on the memory card. Note that if you want to start a new decryption after the first wave, it will again be necessary, the presence of the files did not change the requirement to have the eboot.
Quote:Installation:
• Download POPSExtractor 1.1;
• Connect your PSP to the computer via USB;
• Pass your PSP in "USB mode" with the option "USB Connection";
• Right-click on the file you downloaded;
• Choose "Extract Files ..."( WinRAR is advised);
• Choose like destination the letter assigned to your PSP from your computer;
• Press OK and wait extraction files;
• Leave the "USB mode" on your PSP;
• Go to the menu gAME> Memory Stick to start POPSExtractor 1.1.
How to use:
• Download the firmware you want to decrypt;
• Get the eboot of the latter (PSP / GAME / UPDATE / EBOOT.PBP);
• Rename them as follows: xxx.pbp, xxx quoting reference number of the firmware without the written point (firmware 6.20 and will 620.pbp, the 4.1 will 401.pbp, etc.).
• Place the eboot in the root of your memory stick;
• Please always have the firmware 1.4 eboot......

Well that too! BUT Not exactly the brand GUCCI!
GUCCI is what I call the girl I'm in ♥ with :)
It's kind of like her pet name!

Well the thing is, it is illegal to post those files, as they are copyright protected files of SONY. (I know that many places still do regardless)
So this is a great release, as it could dramatically cut down the time it would take a person to retrieve these files themselves. ;)
