It's getting old to be honest. The time spent doing these petty hacks could be spent in decrypting 3.56 and other crap.

Yeah, time could be better spent.
Although it would be very embarrassing for Sony.

They're making conditions, not waiting for a reason to attack. It's like saying to a guy to back off before he seriously gets hurt (messing with you); it basically prevents the need for bad things to happen for both sides.

seems like he may be going in too
Interesting.

Am interested to find out what he's exactly charged for, and how Sony is justifying the €1,000,000.
I mean, I could probably smash up a Sony store and the damages would be less.  Reminds me of the case where the industry demanded US$75 trillion in damages.

Of course, sticking someone in jail doesn't help Sony one bit, except for waving their ego around in peoples' faces showing how much poo poo they can do.

The majority of my games are Sony PSone, PS2, and PS3 games.  Yeah, I have Nintendo Handhelds, but the only games I own for them are Pokemon games :P

I don't have many PSP games, but I do like watching videos, and playing MP3s on it.  I hate that people are trying so hard to ruin Sony over something petty.

Also, if PSN does get hacked again, there's no guarantee that there's going to be another Welcome Back package.  That was only offered because people's information was compromised :/

"Over something petty"?  It may be petty to you because you didn't use the other OS feature but to those that did it isn't.  How would you feel if they removed the ability to watch video files on the PS3?  You do say you like watching videos, well I and plenty of others liked the otherOS feature, something wee DID PAY FOR, just as you spent money for the ability to watch videos.  All graf is doing is restoring that ability, he is not enabling piracy.  Sony should suffer for removing features WEE SPENT MONEY ON!!!  Unfortunately the only retaliation wee have is this, which is avoidable, just restore what was taken from us.  They could easily do that and no one else would have to suffer.
