Well... When my son was born and I had a lot of time off work, I'd sit up 'till late watching anime...

And when I was about 13 my Mom took me to Singapore after some sad stuff happened to us...

It sounds too me like it might be from a game soundtrack too.  I have no clue which game but I kept thinking of Harvest Moon when I was listening too it.

I could only listen too it once though, clicking it again didn't do anything even after reloading the page.  I think that's why what ORGAN posted isn't working for me too.

Hmm game soundtracks... interesting.  Since I know where it's actually from, I really get a different impression when I listen to it.
It kinda sounds like playing or fun ...
