Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

So Yesterday i bought 2 UMDs, it's DJMP3 and Dainiji Super Robot Taisen Z Hakai-Hen. I made backup of both. and the DJMP3 works with the "Sleep" Trick. but the other one it shows a Error 80010002 so i tried using just the UMD but it Asks me to update to 6.37 and i was like fudge no, so i searched the web to search for solusions, and found many patches for it but didn't try them due to "Legality". anyone can help me?

shouldn't it work with using version.txt?
at least it worked on my demo game (demo asks 6.38, i was on 6.20 PRO)

can't really tell since I've never bought any umd except which are included in my psp package

you need to:
a.) update your firmware
b.) fake the fw version with version.txt or
c.) patch the ISO with iso_tool 1.975 and try to fake the fw version

You can't return CD's this includes umd's and what have you, stores won't accept it.

Do anything that deathangel said, I would say option b doesn't do much unless the game's stupid

Well i went to the store and asked them for a new one cause it doesn't work. even brought my psp to show em'. so they agreed and the next one worked.
