Next problem ....
Hello. I unpack ptf file and i change wallplayer and... How i can convert file rco,png and bmp to ptf?

what i think you want to do is change an RCO theme into a PTF theme

in that case, no you can't do that

and why would you unpack a PTF to change wallpaper, when changing the wallpaper is an option in the PSP anyway?
