[RELEASE]Mid-drift 5.00 and 5.50

My last release for 5.00 before I move onto 5.50 for good.
New OSK (5.00 only)
New visualizer (5.00 only)
Custom click sounds
Custom gameboot
Memory stick video, music and photo have new buttons.

EDIT:Just fixed up the Skype in Network. It was off from the centre. I also tried to fix the "Sign up to Playstation" but am still unsure about how much it is off from the centre, since I have an account I cannot see it.
