PC Problem HELP!!
Here is what I get..... every time I go into a folder.... or do anything on the desktop....

Interrogate your brother and get him to tell you what he did :P

Perhaps he's messed around with theme files, in which case it might be tricky to fix...

I think this is a problem with your registry; happened to me when i ran ccleaner on it and it removed some vital parts of the system O_o
