xD no idea of how was it called? xD It is gonna be a lil difficult to found it. Also, T_T i have to make it for 5.50. And almost all programs buggs (at least in my experience).

You just edit opening_plugin.rco then add your boot sound to the PRX (I forget the name). Normally, the animation is in the background while an actual text shows in the foreground.

Thanks, I'll try and get back to you.
EDIT: Na, this doesn't have coldboot. But no worries, I tried the RCOmage, but it froze (x5 times).
I think I'm gonna leave the coldboot subject on a pin, and move on to other things until I figure a better way to deal with it.
