Math and DAX did SO much for the scene, don't get me wrong.  I appreciate everything they did, but the one question that should have been asked wasn't: Why are you not releasing the source code for the OE firmware if you're done with it?  Give it to someone who wants to carry on, make it easier for the psp homebrew scene to continue.

I know, you could say that they put so much work into it, why just give it away.  But the thing is, there's no real monetary value to be had, and they'll always have the credit and fame for making it.  M33 has proven that it can be repeated, but things would go so much smoother if someone knew the in's and out's of it, instead of asking everyone to adapt to a new style.

I'm pretty sure that the reason D_A quit is because of Sony threatening legal action, if that's the case then releasing any sort of source code or the work they had already done on 3.51 OE would get them in just as much trouble as continuing to release OE's.  Sony would push any sort of lawsuit as far as they could, and that's just a bunch of poo poo that no-one should have to deal with.
