Oops, posted in wrong thread T_T
Attempting to move posts.
EDIT: done.
Yeah, everything needs a camera. You can thank mass mentality for all-in-one devices for that. Speaking of which, I wonder if they'll allow custom applications (perhaps in a restrictive environment like iDevices).

EDIT2: as I guessed, it's backwards compatible with PSP games: http://aussie-gamer.com/sony-ngp-compatible-psp-games/
I wonder if the current PSP hacks will mean anything with that.
Also interesting that the PSP2 uses a different CPU architecture, so would it be emulating the PSP1?

Not unless you break the screen film, if you do, get ready for a dead pixel filled mess

I wonder if this means signed homebrew out-of-box
I heard the new PS3 update blocks signed homebrew. Which is odd because how would all the stuff that's officially signed run then?
Note that I only heard this and cannot confirm if it's true.
I heard it on PSP-hacks but here's a place I found when I decided to look into it.

(possibly also restrictions on OLED resolutions, but IDK much about that) Wonder if this will be the case.
Without increasing the screen size, squeezing any more resolution is pretty pointless i mo. You won't be able to see much difference and it'll need almost twice as powerful graphics hardware (1280x720 / 960x544 = 1.764...).
