According to bbtgp, this has been tested on a regular “hello world” prx, and worked fine on both a psp1000 and a psp3000.

How come?
They only have the keys used for real games from PSN or UMD, and they only run in user mode. This is why they still need an exploit like HEN to run stuff like emulators.
