True. I've seen this. I've found a version with only english audio and no subs, so i was looking for any version with japanese audio and subs. Audio is easy to extract from any format and I could add it into the highest quality version of the video, but if the subs are hard-baked into the video stream you can hardly get them out.

So I looked up Shin Chan on wikipedia and I have to say the dubbers were retarded.
