Everybody starts off with a certain amount of health. It doesn't really matter how much health you start off with, but the more health you start with, the longer the game lasts.

The aim of the game is to be the last person with health in the game!

To hurt/heal someone's health, you copy-paste the last posters list of usernames with the health in, and then add ONE point (health) to someones health, and TAKE AWAY ONE point from another users.

You CANNOT hurt/heal yourself.

You must wait until someone has hurt/heal'ed before you can have another go. You can have as many goes as you want, but they MUST be after someone else's turn.

Here's an example:

Here's a starting post:

Then someone posts in responce any hurt/heals someone:

    

Quote:User A [11]
    User B [10]
    User C [9]

From the second quote, you can see that someone has "Healed" User A, and "Hurt" User C.
