Work. People usually prefer cash, cheque or bank transfer when getting paid though, rather than paypal money.

Alternatively, grow a Paypal Tree.

you don't "earn" paypal money.
either you add funds to your paypal from your credit card/debit card/bank account, or someone pays you through paypal.

to earn money, get a part time job if you are a student.

Opinion Place, but you only make 1 to 5 dollars per survey, and it takes 4 to 6 weeks to transfer, and you may only get a one survey every 5 days. It's pretty annoying. The most I've made is 13 dollars.

There are some sites, but the amount you earn (if any, since many have a minimum payout) is generally not worth the effort (or some third world country poor people would raep it).

if you have an iphone/ipod/ipad you can sign up at apperang and get $0.25 or more to download and install games. Some are free to download some are $0.99 but you get $1.24 refunded. That actually works and I have made a few dollars doing that. :) If you sign up use this referral ;)
