Hope that clears things up for everyone, OE is dead, no surprise releases, no source code, no further development by Mathieulh or anyone else.

I'm sure D_A would have liked to release 3.51 OE and the source code, but if Sony was threatening legal action then that would just be pure trouble for him.

I hope my posts don't give off that impression.  I have nothing but respect for Dark_Alex and his contributions to the community, and I couldn't agree with you more about how some people are reacting.  Some of the posts over at MC are just ridiculous, there was even a guy demanding his donation back.
