Could the PSP scene be Dead?
All i am wondeering is that the PSP scene may be finally dead. Promises were made and... Nothing!

Vegetano1 mentioned a new v1a theme,Nothing, Yet

I wanted vshmain editor v3b for windows 7,Nothing

MaXiGeN told us about 6.20 GEN and may be released,Debatable

Are wee developing tools for future windows?,No

And these are a few examples! I am not certain if stuff are being developed. i just feel that way

RE: Could the PSP scene be Dead?
I gave up making themes because the 20 people who like them didn't warrant all the time and energy it takes to allow fro 10000 downloads :-/

And i got an iPhone3gs...now iPhone4...now making CloakeDivinorum style theme for iPhone4 :P

I used to use my PSP for playing videos while I drive 120 miles round trip for work everyday..now I can stream videos from my PC, Hulu+ and Netflix on my iPhone while I drive over 3G so the PSP is not needed again.

Also don't have time for games on PSP..much easier to pull the phone out of my pocket and play some NOVA or Tiki Towers for a few minutes here and there.

Davee says that PSP4000 is already in the stores and is just a new revision of PSP3000 coming with firmware 5.70...no known hardware changes!

Sorry PSP

RE: Could the PSP scene be Dead?
There are still a few things going on for the PSP, but it's end is near folks..

For commercial stuff:
- UFC 2010 - September 17. 2010
- Split Second - Q4 2010
- Madden 2011
- Kingdon Hearts - English version
- God of War - Ghost of Sparta
- SONY is still updating OFW - so maybe they will add something exciting
ect..

For Homebrew Stuff:
- Animated Themes are still being released (as far as I know - V1 is still working on V1 Update)
- I believe DaedalusX will reach near perfection (at least with the important N64 games)before the team is done
- Some cool plugins are coming  ;)
ect.. ect...

Even SEGA Dreamcast is still getting homebrew releases.  So I doubt the PSP scene will ever die completely.

Not to mention, PSP is still the most advanced handheld gaming system in the world, that is available to the public.  How else or wee going to play GTA and GOW on the road?

When 3DS is released, I believe that will be the final nail in PSP's coffin   :/

RE: Could the PSP scene be Dead?
It's not dead. Just in a very department rut. Keep in mine that new exploits are starting to pop up. I just wish someone would hurry up and release a new CFW. Everything is possible. Aether you decide to make it possible or not is up to you.
