What was the last thing you did?
Also, go to the Windows Features panel and check if Windows Search is enabled. If it is, press CTRL+F and see if anything pops up.
Oh, and check this link.
Finally, about the libraries folder, it contains My Music, My Documents, etc., they just changed the names.

I don't remember....Maybe because I installed Microsoft Office 2010??...Sorry I can't really remember, I was dual booting XP and 7.


Yeah I saw Windows Search checked...I uncheck it and apply or ok and it says "An error has occurred. Not all of the features were successfully changed."

Oh by the way, I "download" a mini version of Windows 7 Ultimate BUT I used my licence so don't tell me I'm doing ILLEGAL!! But I think that should not effect it.....I got it working last few days (with search box)...

are you using windows 7 tiny edition from the bay of the pirates?

because if so, they removed windows search, and i quote

But the one I have downloaded has windows search, I just used it to launch the cmd (when it was available last time)

Still got a slow pc here.....Not enough power, but if I installed the full Cpu will be like 20-100%

do a startup repair if you have a windows disc of that exact operating system
