I just recently downgraded a 2.81 Ta82 to a pretty 1.5 then to a beautiful 3.4 OE-A.No icons or gameboots as of yet,but it seems to not play
certain csos(7 wonders,mlb 07,outrun coast to coast).I really didn't try to change back the games to Iso format cause i didn't really have time
to see if it would resolve it but maybe I'll try tonight unless you guys have a better theory or a comment that might help : ) .............
your thoughts..............................

^^ word also the motherboard shouldnt affect what games it plays and doesn't play

i tried(in recovery and in system settings) no luck.
i used the same stick on two other psps(mine and my sons)with no problems
but the other 2 were not TAs

mmm all my games play with no-umd enabled so maybe the cso r bad??? try them in isop form like u said?

Recovery Menu > Advanced > Toggle USB (flash1) and delete config.se.

yup
i have a TA-82 and most games will load with no-umd ENABLED [i keep a UMD video in the umd slot most of the time] but some refuse to work with in enabled, so i have to disable it and throw a UMD in the slot.
no-UMD DISABLED
with a GAME umd in the slot is the most compatible solution
