RE: new system config
ok, now im ready to smash some spoon. i backed up all my drives (about 200gb) and now the external where i put them is corrupted
so im running chkdsk on it, but with the way its going, its going to take around 2 HOURS!!! at this rate, i won't get my re installs done till 5pm at least.
oh and also.
my dad told me the internet in our house was broken
he was complaining about it and saying how he has to switch service providers.
so when i went on the computer today, i decided to plug my laptop into the router and see if i couldnt fix the problem.
when i did this, i noticed that the password wasn't the default which wee had been using (the one printed on the box)
so naturally i decided to reset the password, thinking "this must be the problem, weve all been putting in the wrong password"
turns out
my dad lied to me and the internet was fine, he just didnt want me using it. now everyones mad at me for changing the password back (theyve never even seen a router's page before, my dad told me by changing the password i broke everything LOL)
but srsly, i guess its just one of those days...
