nope ist between a bun not slices of bread if it wqs between bread it would be a burger sandwich or a mixed meat sandwich

no. if the bread is considered a bun then its not a sandwich

but the only difference is the name of the bread. it's still a sandwich because there are 2 pieces of bread, with stuff between them.
