If anyone cares...
My girlfriend and I just arrived at our rented cabin in Gatlinburg, TN, last night. The cabin is called "Lover's Hideaway". Wee're going to be here till Thursday morning.

It was a five hour drive, but she drove most of the way because I was getting over some bad allergies and my eyes kept randomly watering up. The cabin took forever to find because it literally IS hidden away so deep down crazy winding roads up a mountain that no one would be able to find it (good luck delivery man) unless they KNEW it was there.

The cabin is pretty cool. It has a pool table (though it is too close to the wall and window), a jacuzzi bath, a hot tub outside, a fireplace, and what they called a "highdef TV" (they lied... it's an old big screen), and a kingsize bed Ahaa

There are LOTS of attractions nearby, including a magic show, which wee'll see tomorrow night, a bunch of "museums", at least half a dozen mini-golf courses, and just as many pancake houses. There is an arcade that I'll be stopping by, and a mall that gf wants to visit.

So far, everything is pretty cool.  Only things that sucked was until this morning my allergies made enjoying myself pretty hard, and last night I went downstairs to get my gf a drink from the fridge, and when I tried to get a soda, a whole six pack of cokes fell on my big toe, and cracked it (I'm pretty sure). It turned really purple and kept me up most of the night from the pain... I'm such a wuss.  Anyways, the jacuzzi has been our favorite activity so far, but wee still have lots more to do!

Wee're going to be heading out to get some steak, and check out the attractions in a little bit, so I'll be back on later if anything noteworthy happens.

hey that's like three hours from where i live! if your in gatlinburg, go do the indoor sky diving. its like a wind tunnel but the fan is on the floor and you put this suit on and fly around in the room.. soo awesome.. allergies suck though, i suffer from hay fever in the spring and summer...

I had a severe case of hay fever a few weeks back, I feel your pain.

Cabin sounds sweeeet.

Dang sucks to hear about your toe :(
