what about the metal gear game for nes??
Metal Gear for NES is in fact (liek the name's already telling) the original Metal Gear for MSX... just for the NES.

Not Necessarily, they are quite different.
Some map layouts are different, the outdoor area is extended more.
Some bosses are different.
Some graphics (well only palettes really) are different.
The music is different.
The intro scene has snake jumping out of a helicopter with a parachute instead of him swimming into the base.
They otherwise are pretty much supposed to be the same game.
