ok, so I've been playing around with the pwToon shader for DAZ Studio (program I render my 3D works in) and wanted to see how well it works for making an anime-looking image. Enter Aiko 3, DAZ's FREE anime-styled character. So, I took Aiko, added some clothes, some hair, the pwToon shader, and a light. The result:

You may also remember the toon-styled render of Hatsune Miku and a piece I made with it from some time back. Well, after seeing how well pwToon worked on the previous piece, I went back and redid the Miku renders. The results are MUCH better than the previous versions :D
and she's not cute at all as far as my vision goes.
I'm not sure nor i care about how you did it. but it looks like a typical westerner attempt on manga/anime to me.
