Custom Firmware 1.62 IE-D Update 3
Quote:PSP homebrew developer becus25 has just announced the latest update to the PSP Custom Firmware 1.62 which allows you to run different firmware from your storage device. This new release has been dubbed 1.62 IE-D Update 3, and is reported to carry these new tweaks:

    * Added the section "USB".
    * Added on this section "Toggle USB (Memory Stick)"
    * Added on this section "Toggle USB (Flash0)"
    * Added on this section "Toggle USB (Flash1)"
    * For VSH (XMB) ...
          o When you format the Memory Stick the PSP create automatically the folders ISO and MP_ROOT.

Installation instructions and other important details should be available in the file readme - make sure to read that first before anything else. Enjoy the download, and try to visit becus25's blog (source link) to thank the coder for the effort.

no one will ever really use it that much because of the firmware issues
although, he could fit a ton of features with the amount of space in the flash0

Actually, 3.40 OE would still be better.

Well 3.50 even better, plus wee didnt see a update from DA for the whole .40 period  such as 3.40 oe'
