RE: [PSP] RCO Editor v1.14b
Hey ZB um i just have a couple of suggestions

1st. Could you make it a option to automatically make a .bak file because sometimes i edit f0 directly and it makes backups and its annoying.

2nd. ( Idk if you knew, but when you open up the preview box and then close it the app gets minimized )

3rd. Is it possible to make it remember the last directory you were in? Because if i want to replace some images i have to keep pointing to the directory the images are

4th. When you press extract all is possible to make it so you can select what format and what bit you want to extract?

Thank's and i hope it's not too much trouble

I generally suggest against editing directly, due to the way RCO Editor writes files.
Moving the .bak creation to an INI option is very easy though :)

I've noticed that problem - IDK why...  Probably dodgey VB?  There's absolutely nothing I can see which actually does that.  It's odd...

vision Wrote:3rd. Is it possible to make it remember the last directory you were in? Because if i want to replace some images i have to keep pointing to the directory the images are
Okay.

vision Wrote:4th. When you press extract all is possible to make it so you can select what format and what bit you want to extract?
You can just extract all, then delete all the .mig, .dat files.  For choosing bit depth, use a command like this:
del *.32bit.bmp
(use a batch file if it's easier).

Yeah, there's a lot of things I could implement to make this application nicer, but I was kinda bored of developing when I made this application (so I made it as simple as possible).
Hmm, really busy these days, with final exams coming up - I was originally planning to do some work on this during the holidays, but now that I have a part-time job (which may become full-time), IDK if I'll have the time.  Well, I really wanted to release the sourcecode, but, since I'm quite a messy coder Erk, I typically want to go through the code just to confirm that it makes sense etc...  Urgh, oh well, see when I'm less busy some day, perhaps.

I should be able to implement most of your suggestions though (cause they're really easy to do so) :P

RE: [PSP] RCO Editor v1.14b
Well first off thanks for considering my suggestions

Second thanks for the wonderful app.

3rd thanks for the tip (del *.32bit.bmp) didnt consider that

and 4th Wee understand that you have to do other things and that making these apps are optional and not mandatory. Wee just hope you keep up the great work.

So once again thanks and i can't wait till the next release.

RE: [PSP] RCO Editor v1.14d
Okay, vision, I've added an option to disable .bak creation.
I've sorda found a way to stop that annoying minimize thing, but I still don't exactly get why it does it.
As for the folder selection, do you mean the ones for Extract All and Replace All?  I can't figure out how to do it :(  For Extract/Replace, it's already there, I believe.

And, bstronga, I've enabled text/general resource adding :)

Source code released too.

Enjoy! :D
