New to internet, since the last 2+ years.
Have had the misfortune of not having heard of the the secret helper website http://www.google.com (shh.. its a secret)

What about those people who just think "lol it are the internet i can just type like a fudgeing moron and not use caps and punctuation is for fags yeah i should totally go tell the internet what i think because it cares".
They have a fine grasp of english/forum native language, but for some reason it has trouble making it from real life to internet. Combine that with general incompetence at computer, and wee have a n00b.

How can you be "new" to anything for over 2 years? Internet is not something that takes such a long to understand how its used (not referring to technicalities and all, but to browsing). If someone can[t figure out how to use the internet to get at least some help even after being used to it for a LONG time, then they just don't know how to use it = Retards -.- = n00bs

I think it's more lack of internet forum experience.

In every day speech, you don't have a Google reference, so you typically ask others, as opposed to trawling through books.

As for those that just don't get a hint after being told, then it would probably be just a fail person. I mean, the average 10 year old seems to be more intelligent than these people...
