I think Windows uses these things internally for a few special folders.
Anyway, you can find a list in regedit, go HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID
You'll see {ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} listed there.

You can do a search and find your own, eg {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E} = Recycle Bin.

Hmm.

Make a new folder and name it the following:

GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

You'll notice it becomes a control panel type shortcut - double-click it - and you'll go to a list of every control, setting and adjustment program and option of Windows. All in one list.

that is the best thing ever
