What's a good AT3 converter? I need it to stick some music into my EBOOTS and give it a little zest. :cool:
I want something that is quick and easy and doesn't require installing. :rolleyes: Just a quick and easy app that's just open and convert.
It would also be good if the converter could convert a number of different file types, more so to say » wmv.

Does something like this exist » me wants. :D

You can't really get one that doesn't install.  ATRAC is a Sony codec, so only Sony can do stuff about it.

The best option is to install the ATRAC codec, then use a program like GoldWave to convert.  GoldWave is one of the few sound editors that utilize DirectShow to open files, so it can recognise many video and audio formats.
