So this is like the second time I've ever used it. I have three categories, CAT_CSOs, CAT_Emulators, and CAT_Tools. Nothing shows up under CSOs and under the other two they just show an endless list of corrupted data. Halp?

Oh yeah, I'm using the context style.

here's a checklist for ya

plugin is on? (I'm guessing yeah)
Cat_cso is in iso folder?
Cat_emulator is in Game folder?
Cat_tools is in game golder?

everytime you type Cat its all in capitals so CAT_games? (I'm guessing yeah)

you set it so you iso works? (I'm guessing yeah)

you try restart?

Check, check, check, check, check, and check.

ok uhmm..... yeah, try changing  it to a different setting, and if that doesn't work try turning of some plugins.

does it  look like dis? (you should only have 2 icons dead)

try downloading v11 (posted somewhere in v10 post, because v10 has bugs) or do you already have v11?

Well the CSO folder doesn't show any games and the other two just show an endless list of corrupted files.
