can anyone had an animated top menu_icon.rco on 5.50 gen? or anyone knows how to do that? cause dnt know how to use rcomage...please share

At this time - no.
Now you could make an animation around or next to a icon, but there is no one has been actually able to animate an icon yet..

You could always read V1's tutorial, and see if you could get an animation working in there.
