The " I don't know" part is xmb theme redirection to MS0 and at the bottom the "directory" part is where you want the theme to be redirected too

Does it have extra settings or does it clone the normal video settings because it doesn't have an action for it self?

And after edit vsh.prx file ,i must place it in the nodule folder?

no you need to do a bit more then that othewise your game150 and iso and etc folders won't be recognized
