alright, here's the results from last week's competition:

1st place: Tetris999 with 7 votes
2nd place: Lunar with 5 votes
3rd place: SkyDX and Rukia with 4 votes each

Now then, on to this week's competition.  Halloween just happens to be this Saturday, so it's the perfect week for a spooky theme.

Soo aslong as it's Halloween anything is allowed eh? If so, prepare for Anime Halloween cuteness^^

i can't wait to enter this one. i got some great ideas for haloween...
