iv tried every thing with the gran turismo eur even this patch but it still doesn't work!!?infinitiproject do you know how to do the hex editing like you said for ultimate alliance for this game?

Since you have the EUR version, make sure it's the FULL game and not the one that's like 200MB or something.
Decrypt it and with a hex editor (I only have the US version so this might be different):

Bah, I'm so stupid, I forgot that when you install firmware it automatically changes the ISO loader back so I kinda didn't really actually properly test Disgaea 2 works on M33

maybe you were like me the first few times of failure and pressed x to decryp0t instead of O to decrypt andpatch??
