hmmm so there's a few Fall 09 anime started last week. here's my review from ep 1:

Miracle Train:
this is rather a shallow anime, about a train solving troubled girl's problems. It's rather a shoujo anime. the plot have nothing special apart from introducing the japanese(tokyo to be exacts)'s train system's culture.
animation quality, plots, BGM, etc, all stay at average level, nothing noticeable

Natsu no Arashi! Akinai-chuu
a decent gag anime i guess, animation quality is at passable level , but there's a few character that is badly drawn when they supposed to be attractive. plot containing normal tsundere stuffs + cross dressing girl.
note: ep 1 contain Sayonara Zetsubou sensei and school rumble's references.

Sora no Otoshimono
well, this one is slightly better than previous two. i say it is created to attract the otaku crew, with a BB calling you master all the time, childhood friend and alot of pervy stuffs. the ecchi parts doesn't stop at "i accidentally touched her boobs", it went wayyy further: "i want to touch her boobs, so i did"
animation quality is at Ep 1's plot is

Seitokai no Ichizon
best out of these 4. good animation quality, laughable gags, no overkill on the moe girls. and best of all, alot of other anime references, after one run I've spotted haruhi,code geass, lucky star, slightly bakemonogatari at the first few seconds (i think),K-on, jojo's bizarre adventure don't think i want to watch the 2nd time just to find out all the references.


To aru kagaku no Railgun:
as you would expected from the To Aru Majutsu no Index's twin, Railgun is awesome! animation quality, plot is gonna be uber too. if you have watched Index, this one is a must. they have comparable qualities.

overall I'm a bit disappointed at most of these, seitokai is passable i guess, not sure if i gonna continue watching the others.
new animes have lost their originality, just because alot of animes have been successful with all the anime references (Lucky Star, Zetsubou sensei, Kannagi, etc) doesn't mean all of em should have some.


along with these, my 17 hours marathon is filled with gundam 0079 and a few other crappy anime.

currently downloading Kämpfer and Nyan Koi! will be up shortly.

i read that about seitokai too. was doubting it at first, but it was hmmm entertaining, and compare to the other stuffs, well, it came only after Railgun. definitely not a bad show, but hmm no where near amazing either

hmmm and well, Railgun and Index would fall into the same category for plot. but hey, i enjoyed it much more than alot of anime recently, it's kindda unique in someway.

I agree... Index is fun to watch, but has the story line to captivate not even initiates.. BUts its fun to watch.

just finished Nyan Koi! turned out to be reallly really good. it 've been a while since i see a sensible girl, instead of going all kya~ kawaii~ or ... shut up, dumbass! some light enjoyable humor + above average animation. the girls is cute too, in a normal way.
outta all of these, imma keep watching Railgun, Seitokai and Nyan Koi.
