Grey Ghost showed me this. this guy is selling a psp3000 with "custom firmware 5.03m33. riiiiiiiiight. i believe you. and tomorrow, monkeys will fly out of my butt. notice the awesomely technical guy (who must be so good that he must have an awesome connection to get an unreleased firmware) doesn't know enough to black out his mac address. i hate people like this. IMO, this is way worse than faking a firmware release, because hes selling a lie, and making people spend a lot of money to buy something that's fake. heres a link, by the way. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Gaming/PSP/Cons...109335.htm
i say wee use our EP spamming capabilities to expose this fraud.

Selling a lie is bad, but this probably isn't that bad since other person could track this guy down lol.

meh that kind of sellers are many in ebay, lol

i don't really trust someone transact business online, unless the business process for transactions is secured, or better, buy it in stores and check the thing in your own eye, lol

and yeah he uses mac spoofer, so maybe he just try to see that he is not joking about his business, where in reality, the seller is a joke, lol

I don't know why. Custom Firmware is legal (unless it comes with games on the memstick).

^ If you can argue that it's a software to circumvent copyright protection, it may be considered illegal - depending on your country I guess.
It's a bit grey-ish, but funny that eBay are removing them anyway.
