I don't have my USB cord with me, so I'll have to wait until I get home, but as long as it doesn't use the SCE updater, I'm sure it will work.

edit: downloading through the PSP's browser.

for sure! Another good shell is xplora if you prefer a more graphical interface :)

i use IR SHELL for stuff like that, it has a .zip and .rar plugin built into it so you can extract any files you download or put on there to a chosen directory
