Yes, I am going to buy GTA: Chinatown Wars, and patch it when it's this game decrypter is released.    

I don't think anybody wants to pirate stuff.   Wee just want to be able to purchase/play these new games like OFW users      

Awesomeness!  I am sick of using pandora to go back n forth to make themes and play motorstorm.  Can't wait to telecharger the decrypter!!
