New update for the 3.71-368 CXMB, official CXMB update by PatPat Madwin

neurOn updated CXMB to use with his new 639ME firmware :)

you can use 638 CTF theme's on 639ME now,. Madwin

a Dynamic CXMB Plugin for all CFW versions, this is useful, for when downdating/updating cF versions, this plugin won't have to be swapped out with the cF dependency
