Exbu If I understood correctly you just wanted the red text.  I wasn't sure if you wanted the white border around it though, so I did 2 versions.

Edit: Just so you know this is using the recompiled 3.40 RCO, I just realized the old one that was posted for you is not the 3.40 one.  So if there is a problem just let me know.  If you are using 3.40 OE-A though then now you can play PSX games fine with just this one opening_plugin.rco.
