It's not a signature or an avatar, but the series fascinates me, as i just started watching it (I'm slow, i know :P). C+C? :D im getting on this practising bandwagon that Senseito said i should.

Interesting idea. You came up with the concept and had at it...

I like the idea, the border goes well and the surrounding is suggestive.

Suigintou is properly positioned but the style you chose is questionable... take some time experimenting with the combo of Gradient Maps, Blending Modes & Lighting Effects and get the desired effect..

I do say that, but something tells me that if that unusual purple fog wasn't so blatent I'd like Suigintous style more..

i couldnt think of a way to make the fog not feel so tacked on, of course i can und her solarize effect, but i think its more a matter of tweaking that removing it.

maybe if i tried to solarize the fog?

maybe not, but i have reworked her slightly

angled strokes on her person, to reflect her lack of energy (and therefore, focus), less glow around her, and a subtle jitter on the fog emanating from her. the idea i intended was that she was so weak she is about to disappear.

fog is better. don't do the angled strokes, or at least not as harshly as that, it's hard to make out its Suigintou in the first place - and that voids the idea of your LP. Do, however, keep her darker, not as dark, but not as light as the original. it should be nicely done then. How does a faint glow work on her?

give that one a go. i added another thing to define her identity more, added a very faint normal layer of her underneath. and fixed the strokes.

Please remove all effect from the charecter

I suppose she'd be more recognizable to those who've seen her before.
