Though if one reads the Elfen Lied manga, it can't be helped but noticed how much is skipped and condensed to keep the series short.

I myself prefer 25 episode series. Enough time to explore the story, without becoming a drag.

I have been hoping EVERY season that Season 2 will be announced. However, I think its done and over. A good cliffhanger end.

if so, a more accurate bet is on a remake, like haruhi ( there is no endless 8 in elfen lied, muwhahahahaha)
i want the actual song "Elfen Lied" to be included along with that girl
