Around here wee call it flip cup, but it's the same game.  Very fun, I am a much better beer bong player myself.

pound your beer about a quarter full more if you like
flip it over to the edge of the table
now flip the cup to land just as it started
once youve done it the next in line goes
1st team to finish wins

loser still have to drink the left overs
